Recipes & Remembrances - Spinach and Strawberry Salad

Summer time mean fresh strawberries. Here is a yummy way to enjoy some of the summertime goodness with family and friends. Thank you to Sue Bopp for the recipe.

Spinach and Strawberry Salad

1 lb. Spinach, torn up in small pieces

1 pt. Strawberries, washed and cut in small pieces

Dressing:

1/4 c. Salad Oil

1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 c. Sugar

2 T. Sesame Seed

Minced Onions to taste

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 tsp. Paprika

Directions:

Mix together in a bowl, mix with strawberries and spinach and serve.
