Cream Cheese Santa Tree

2 (8 oz) pkgs Cream Cheese

1 (6 3/4 oz) pkg Bleu Cheese or Sharp Chedder

2/3 cup Crushed Pineapple, drained

2/3 cup Pecans

2 Tblspn Ginger

Blend all ingredients together. Chill. Shape into a Crhistmas Tree. Sprinkle all over with parsley; decorate with candied fruits, like a Christmas tree with reds greens, tiny orange, lemon and pineapple fruitcake pieces. Serve with Crackers
